Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP) is located in the north of Kota Kinabalu, the capital of Sabah state, KKIP is a state government project that has been designated as a growth nucleus for the state. The purpose is to facilitate economic development and optimal use of the country's natural resources.​​
